'sup crew,

Its spring time and I've begun to consider my options for headers.

HEADERS
So far my research has pointed me towards TOG's, they come jet-hot. But I'd like to get some opinions on coatings. Anyone know if the ceramic coating from them is both inside and out? Any performance considerations for picking ceramic / titanium / or powdercoat?

Also, What other manufacturers make quality headers for the 3400? I've done some research and I cant seem to find anything other than TOGs.

INTAKE
I have a hook up for an upper and lower intake, its port and polished, but doesnt seem to come with a gasket. Whats the point if the gasket I use messes up the airflow? Is there a noticable performance gain with this mod? or is a 62mm tb pretty much required also.. Opinions Welcome!

RESONATOR TUBE
That little diameter tube before the cat, Thinkin about cutting it out and weldin' in some 2.5, even considering getting a crap cat and hollowing it out. Are these mods going to increase my noise/hp or do our rides require the backpressure these restrictors provide?

Almost out of work w00t

Well to start this off there are two sets out one from tog and the other from s&s and no one can really say if ones better than the other.

If you do the uim and lim you should start with the 62mm tb.

The resonator it is after the cat but before the muffler and I have heard that it is pretty restictive and the loudness of the exhaust will increase if you remove it but I would leave the cat alone until after you have done all the rest because It might help more then, then now.
