karly* GX Member Join Date: Sep 2010 Location: Warren, MI Posts: 11	Whining Noise I have an 02 GLS that makes a whining noise as long as the car is in drive. I can hear it well under 30 mph and it sounds like it winds down when i stop. The belt is not wet and in good shape. Noise comes from around Power steering pump/ pulley area.
