I ordered a CAI from them on a Saturday, got the confirmation that they received payment a WEEK later after they already received the payment. Waited another week...never got a shipping confirmation, got fed up with waiting for weeks on a filter and tubing...had paypal get the money back for me and the owner sent me an e-mail saying: "don't buy things you can't afford." Mothereffer, I paid you 3-4 weeks ago-where the eff is my purchase? No ETA, no information, no nothing. So to hell with that.

That really sucks. I've got the CAI, Pacesetter catback, and PCM. Didn't have problems with those.... but took me like three months to get a windshield banner lmao It was a mixup with another customer but he was real cool on the phone and got it sent out as soon as he could.
