well, looking at the pics, i'd say in the car
but a diamond plate trunk would work pretty good too, it would be tough if you haul lots in it

seriously, that carpet aborbs alot of road noise and keeps you from staring at the sheetmetal under it. Its there for a reason! leave it alone

they are actual metal diamondplate. you can get them precut for our floors... i can't rememebr where... but they make them already.

Ok i have to give it to rida125. No matter how many times people say dont fing do it, it won't work, bad idea.etc.etc he always comes back with another remark, question on the same topic. Almost like nothing ever happened. He is like bullitproof to experienced peoples comments and the people saying no. Round of applause

go to a metal scrap yard. You can buy diamond plate cheap. You live in MN, Owatanna has a good one.
Living in Mn, you should do a mod like heated floors for the winter. Refrigrated trunk for the summer. Something wierd (since you seem to think it's unique) But usefull.
Do you have a g/f
Make her a foot bath on the passanger side floorboard. Theres nothing worse then a g/f with stinky ass feet stinking up your hardwood floors.
