Front window acting weird

Is this the regulator or switch?

My front driver window now has decided to only work like 1/2 the time. My front passenger window regulator went last summer and passenger rear window regulator went earlier this year. But this problem is different. The window didn't fall down into the door. It is still on track but sometimes the window will go up and down with the switch and sometimes it won't. When it doesn't work, there is no sound like a motor trying to move. There is nothing at all. But then the next time I start the car it works fine like its supposed to.

Is this a switch? Fuse? Regulator?

mine went in the driver door last year, i had the same symtoms and ended\up having to replace the regulator and the window positioning slide.
