they are lying to you , 250 is not corrosion resistant,, 271 is and im in chicago, so iam not goint o ship a product like that
yes you can seal over 250 it will not hurt it it will help it every base needs a sealer i found that using a sealer over 250 made the scratches seem alittle better, plus base coat needs sealer 250 needs it becasue not a corrosion resistant product
so go to a different state, get the 271 and the ncs sealer you will not be disapointed
