My intake manifold
For somereason my intake manifold is starting to discolor on the front side of it im guessing too much heat but im not sure awhile back my heatertube did have a leak in it but we fixed that any ideals of what could be causing this?

Future mods are going turbo charged, paint, new exhaust system, converting rear brakes to discs, and hopefully a 6-speed tranny swap. Not exactly in that order.

Might have to blast it to get it back, or paint it.

Unless you're powdercoating it yourself, it's not a two hour job, and pending on how busy the shop is, it could take a few weeks.
I do think powdercoat is far better than paint. I suggest buying another at a junkyard and either getting that powdercoated, or putting it on the car and send the one you have out, otherwise, your car is down for a while

The manifold should be blasted and baked before powdercoating. We do PC work here, and if there is oil in the pores of the manifold, it can destroy your finished product.
