Performance Parts!!!
I'm looking for any performance parts for my 01 Oldsmobile Alero. It has the 3.4l LA1 Engine. Anything to make it go faster then what it is. I also am going to be dropping a 3500 Lx9 engine into it in due time so preferably something that will work between both. I'm looking for good sites, trustable sites please.

Will any of THAT be worth while? Where can I find some of that stuff? Is it just better off to get a new car or can an Alero actually be made into something?

there are grand ams which are the same that have been made faster, there are also alero people on the site that have changed setup and not had time to get a time at the track.
If you were talking other than drag then there are videos in the at the track section of some of the members with their cars built for autocross

The biggest upgrade you can possibly do is just go boost! The stock motor and especially on a 3500 can handle about 10psi of boost and will significantly throw down more power. The only draw back is the stock 4T45E is not built to handle high amounts of boost so it will fail eventually. If the tranny is in good working order it will be able to handle about 300hp or a little more at the crank.
So it really comes down to money. Headers, CAI, and full Cat-back exhaust is a great way to start.

With intake, P&P manifold, exhaust, headers, and 62mm TB (have a 65 now) I went from 16.2 to 14.5 in the 1/4 mile, so I say, yes

Should I just do the top end 3500 or do the whole swap with the lx9? (By top end i mean the cylinder heads/lower manifold/upper manifold)

I prefer the 3400 bottom end for modding, but if I wanted something potent to replace a stock engine without a lot of money, the 3500 is a great deal. The 3400 block has a lot more options overall, which is why I like it for performance.

Bare block, sure...sorta. Crank, no, rods, no, pistons, no. Oil pan changed, AC and engine mount bosses changed, added an oil squirter for cylinders 5 and 6.

Figure out what you want to do, then ask.
You're asking about 3400 parts and it the same breath asking about doing a 3500 swap. In order to help you out, you have to know which way you want to go first

No, at least for the intake manifolds, upper and lower, have Ben at WOT do it, it's proven performance and consistent from unit to unit. Don't know if you want to do the heads now, too, that may take longer turnaround time.
