Leak somewhere. Check O2 sensor and bung. Trims are pegged right out pulling fuel. You checked all connections between MAF and O2 for sure? Crack in manifold, blown gasket on manifold... got to be something

Have you checked your fuel pressure regulator? Suck test?

And of course when you floor it the WB is going to read rich, then let off, it's going lean. The engine isn't asking for fuel when you let off and it's burning off all the fuel in the engine already

replaced coil packs and icm was replaced 2 weeks ago but the wiggling plug idea im going to try that in the am (live in the trailor court and my car is loud so) but i will let ya know about that!

head gasget up front leaks maybe a hair crack of coolant every once and a while ( well maybe a little bit bigger about the size of a pen but has not leaked in a few weeks and coolant is full my front valve cover was leaking fixed that today as well and the back

front head closer to the fender i believe its 5?

but the missfire is also #6 as well
