Color matched to the exterior (used Dupli color Silvermist) and about 5 layers of clear so far. Many more to come, going for a glass finish look.

I came across this site because i was surfing the net for more infos about the Alero since i bought one about 2 weeks ago... man! i love this car so much

Mine is the same as yours except it is a 2001 & a nice blue/purple color
that car got some kicks for a V6 4 doors & good brakes my first 4 wheel disk break , that car got a really nice shape & it is fully loaded everything works in my car it's got 138000 /km

No rust except for 2 very little spots that car bean treated for rust with oil spray almost every year...

Anyhow i like so much that now i am thinking of buying another used car anything cheap at around ~1000. an old car to drive in the winter so i can put my Alero in my garage safe & sound for the entire winter

I'll save some money in the winter so i can buy some nice mag wheels & low profile tires (already got some mags on the car but it is 15" with normal tires)
some cold air intake kit & dual exhaust , better sound system , tinted windows , etc..

If i were you i would do the same as i & buy an used car for the winter because your Alero seems to be in good shape too & winters are bad for cars...

Anyhow what ever you do i am sure you'll enjoy your car as much as i do

I had plans to send them the shell to my xbox 360 and have it dipped in a cool dark blue design. Unfortunately, my xbox bit the dust again, and I just threw it out. lol
