Hey guys, a new cat-back exaust is my next mod, I have seen a few, but I need to know what you guys reccomend, I've been thinking about the borla off pfyc.com, but man that's expensive, let me know what you guys think, I have the 2.4l i-4. Thanx in advance and I am going for most horsepower gain, not best sound.

An exhaust shop could help you out here
May cost more than Borla to do custom pipes.
Don't go bigger that 2.5" pipe. That will hurt HP. On all Alero motors

Sure....using crush-bent, aluminized tubing and mufflers, and chromed non-stainless tips. You get what you pay for.
