Exclamation Trac off light and Service Engine soon light both on!

So I'm driving back from the store when my car dies at a stop light. When I turn it back on, the trac off light is on. I continue driving and the service engine soon light comes on. The car felt weak and died one more time before I made it home.

I let it sit at home for awhile and I turned it back on, both lights are still on and the car idles rough, sounds like it wants to die.

What could it be that is wrong with the car?

Codes were

PO105

PO109

The guy at the auto parts gave me a part. I looked under the hood and found that part. A hose was disconnected from it, I plugged it back in and it runs fine, but the lights are still on. Should I disconnect the battery and let the car sit, to see if the lights go away?

Thanks for the info! It takes a 7mm hose about 2 to 3 inches long. I used a old Camel Bak hose I had and it fit just fine. Car runs just like it should and doesn't stall or bog down.

Thank you! That fixed my sputtering issue also.

The original "crispy about to turn to dust" hose says: 7/32 GM6148-M 051598 ABG, it's amazing the writing is still on it.

The replacement hose I got from Autozone says: ArmorMark 50211 7/32" (5.5mm.) windshield washer/vacuum tubing SAE J1037 WP 1.0 BAR ... sold by the foot. I needed a piece about 4 to 5 inches so it doesn't kink.
