Who needs back seats??
So i was thinking of taking out my back seats and turning it into a subwoofer. ie: removing the top part of the seats, mounting a a board of some kind, and putting subs there, either facing me or facing the trunk. not really sure what kind of sound difference it would make (any1 know?)
are there any advantages to doing this vs leaving them in the trunk?

IMO, the only reaon cars come with back seats is because the stipod marketing people at the auo companies think that people will only buy 4 door cars.

Depends on the box and aiming.
If its sealed it will sound not as loud close to you as it would in the trunk all the way to back pointing at the rear of car.
If its ported facing the front at front of trunk is best.

Or maybe if you need to get some and cant take her home as the parents are home...
The back seats ok, mobile and semi private... True it can be done in the drivers seat, just beware with every thrust the horn honks.
I speak from experience.

Walling our car would not be the best idea if you are looking for loudness...
