take the glove box off, back behind that you'll see a big gray bubble like thing that all your vents connect to... pull that off. clean it... reassemble.

thoroughly check under seats, carpet, etc for meat left as a prank. Is it only coming from the vents? Pop the hood, and smell around, check under the car...

I found the smell, FINELY, it was the passenger seat. I know what happened too, I let my brother use the car once in the winter and someone did not wipe the snow off the top of the passenger door, snow got in, hit the seat, turned to water and then just sat there. Now I am just washing the smell out of it.
