Lowering the alero
i was thinking about lowering my alero 2 in all around...what do you think?

lowest springs go from that are avail unless you do it yourself ( from what I can find at least ) is 1.5 inch but either way do it

no the dropzone or the canuck motorsport do almost 2¼ when finally settled
I got custom coilover for my l67 one that do almost 3½in and canuck springs on my LD9 one that does 2¼in

^yea i got about 2 with my Canuck motorsport springs

[ion] C2 - I ran her hard, on nothing but the bare ground. After easing into it and progressively pushing down harder I could feel the pressure building and once it peaked I let off and she gave a loud cry from the blow off valve.

I just bought some Sprint springs & GR-2's for a malibu that says 1.75 front and rear...will be installing within the next week I'll put up pics then

Nobody asked the really important question.
How are the roads around you?
Roads are crappy here (thus why PA gets the worst roads in the country award year after year) so I only went 1.25 with eibachs

bad idea just save money and get springs and struts you will be a lot happier with the lowered springs than just cutting the stock springs.

If you cut your springs the heat of the torch will ruin the temper of the metal, and they'll break in short order. And don't even try cutting spring steel with a saw/sheer, you'll ruin your equipment.
