It's crazy to see that so many of us have had similar problems that lead to the similar fixes!

johny_boy32 what makes you say tie rod versus wheel hub? Maybe the particular interactions wiht your car?

I'll check the tie rod senario before I start doing any work, though I'm going to start sourcing my parts now! My car has to be inspected by NJ DMV in June!

I had the same exact problem. But I took it to my good people at Downtown Auto and they said it was the ball bearings. They fixed them and all the stuff went away. I had my lowtrack and ABS light on also. This could be a simmilar problem.

well, the tire rod fixed part of it. My car no longer makes noises when i turn the wheel and go over bumps. Buy, My car is going back in the shop today to get checked again. I feel every day bump in the road and its getting f*ck*ng annoying. I'm kinda thinking its my struts this time, and it would come at a perfect time too because my springs are on their way. At least I won't have to pay for it this time around because they didnt fix it the first times....it's free. I'll post back up when i find something out.

Well it's not the tire rod that is the problem...Definetly the wheel hub is the problem! No belts making rubbing sounds or anyother problems with the engine.

I'm getting my car back tommrow from the dealer. Finally after all the fuss about the wheel hub (which was the #1 problem), I found out that I was riding on a defective rear left strut that caused the spring to break and rust through!

Needed to get a few other major things done to the car as well, but once again the forum has come through! I'll see how the car rides after I get it back!
