Has anyone changed the dashboard lights to blue in their car?

I wanted to attempt this, but wanted to know if this hasn't already been done by someone?

Ya i did it with the small LED lights, i got them from ebay (5 for $30? i think). I took out the regular bulbs and placed the LEDs in the same holes. It glows really blue at night (not neon but good). its not very difficult to get the dash apart, but it is difficult to line the LEDs in the holes so that you don't get bright spots on the gages. the other thing is that your odometer will still be green, so i got a piece of blue plastic (like from a pair of old 3D glasses and just placed it in front of the reading. Theres power to splice into (the one going to the regular blubs) and the leds will still dim with the dimmer switch. Anyways post if you need more details, my car is a 2000 2 door, with digital odometer.

Well I've got a manual Odometer...

As for the the fact that it may still be green, I think I seen somewhere on the site where another person actually got a replacement panel with clear slotted markers. What about the center console, with the green lights for the A/C control. I know for the radio that will be getting ripped out and replaced with something that has blue LED glow, like in the VWs!
