It's time for me 2 replace my brake pads in my car! What would be a good set of pads 2 switch 2? I'm also thinking about doing a full brake kit swap what would be the best alternative, price doesn't really matter.

I used Performance Friction Carbon Metallic brake pads that I bought from Parts For your Car. I put RSM slotted rotors on the front and Pep Boys stock replacements on the back. I have awesome braking now. Do I dare say that my Alero can now out brake my RX-7?

I have carbon metallic pads as well with crossdrilled and sloted rotors. The stopping power is amazing. at 60 MPH it took me about 3 sec to stop the car maybe less. very good pads and rotors. Think I spent 130 on the pads and 250 on the rotors.

unless you have a big brake kit i wouldnt worry about the lines... if you do change them, go for SS lines.
