the only one that does is ASE and it costs $300 but not worth the money.

I did find out that DHP is working on a 2.4 tune though. when that comes out i'd get that.

How long before the DHP version comes out? How will the tuned ecu change my fuel economy?

Too bad you wont be getting 17hp and 17lbft...

it's wishful thinking.. try less than 10hp and 10lbft

haha, talk about false advertisement. i think that's what their site used to say. i'm pretty sure you have to run premium fuel too

oh, and forget about f/i and nitrous...

Ase removes speed limiter. raise rev limiter by 500 rpm
it changes the fuel curve and timing.

can not use FI or n2o with it.

Spy, really. just waiting for more info on the status.

I forgot about the GM reflash but it is only good for FI but does remove speed limiter.

With a tuned ECU you will have to use premium fuel. you might lose some gas mileage yet you may not.

The GM supercharger reflash removes the speed governor? Are you sure?

final, i meant to say doesn't. the reflash does not remove the limiter.

Springs, yep. I heard the same thing. Plus they have to get the program for auto and manual. them for several years because of the whole egr thing.

right now.............nothing.

down the road DHP will be the best. But for now, the factory ECU will do the job just fine unless you are becoming a boosted brother

Just buy a new standalone FI system. Then you can tune it yourself. Or if you want to build one yourself here are some plans.

actually the MAP on the megasquirt is only good up TO 20lbs of boost. The problem with the megasquirt and even the megasquirtNspark is that it ONLY control the fuel (and as of YET the spark side will not work with our engines). So you must find a way to interface with the stock PCM to get the fuel to spray and the ignition to light all while not affecting any other system, trannsmission, traction control, etc.

I wasn't going to say anything but I've been looking at this for quite awhile, already putting a msNs on another car. The main problem is tying the MS into the stock PCM, and making it work (This is a controller not a modifier like the apexi AFC so things are not quite the same with regards to the interface.) I was also going to wait until the UMS comes out in the may/june time frame as that will have lots of better features (UEGO, high amp relays, etc) But for now I'm trying to figure out how to get the plain ole MS to work with our PCM then I need to figure out how to fire the ignition system. ANd vola, fully programmable fuel and ignition control for <$300.

So if anybody wants to help lemme know.
