Anti-lock and brake light still on after replacing hubs

As title says, I had the antilock and brake light on for quite some times. I assumed it was the wheel bearings or sensor in them. I had noise coming from passenger side.
Yesterday I replaced both hubs in the front. Unplugged the battery for a while to reset the ECU. Both lights are still coming on after start up.

I have searched and this was about the only solution I've read about...so if I missed another common solution please let me know.

I checked the wiring to the hubs and it all seems in ok shape still.

Car is a 99 alero 2.4 with about 126k on it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And also if anyone knows where I could get a cheap fender that would be appreciated too....stupid deer
