Recomendations for Semi-Metalic brake pads

I have reads many threads going both ways between Semi metalic and Ceramic pads. And I think that I am going to stay with the semi-metalics. I had ceramics on another car and wound up warping the new rotors in less than a year.

So I am looking for a decent set of pads that won't break the bank either. I am not planning on changing my rotors this go round, thats another reason I am looking only at the S/M.

TIA for any suggestions

The only thing I can tell you is that semi-metallic are cheaper for a reason. The basically groove your rotors making you have to have them turned sooner.

Ceramics are more costly but if you are warping rotors with ceramics, then you have kool-aid and no sugar. You need to have rotors that can cool well. Just having vented may not be enough. Depends on quality.
