Question Dashboard Lights

I was wondering about the dashboard lights on the instruments, they like to not come on when starting the car at times. I have checked the fuses but can not figure it out.

The ground is on the driver's side of the dash, near the fuse panel behind the endpanel cover. There's several of them. You'll see a few little black plastic boxes, each with several wires going into it, and a single bolt holding it to the metal part of the dash. Undo that bolt, use sandpaper to clean up the mating surfaces, and bolt it back up...very simple. If they get bad enough, your whole car can go dead...I speak from experience

Wait which dashboard lights? Have tried flicking the vent switch upwards? Also the cluster bulbs might be out as well. Or are you talking about the actually little lights that say "ABS", "Security", "Service Vechicle Soon"...etc ...A pic might help too
