Alright guys, here's another question for all of you. One other thing I've noticed about my car since I got back to Iraq is that everyone once in a while two warning lights come on. TRAC OFF and ABS come on together and go off together. But they don't always come on. If I turn the car off then turn it back on they won't come on, it only happens every once in a while. Does it mean my hubs are starting to go?

Yeah it probably is a hub. That's what happened when mine went out all three times.

You have had 3 hubs? GM really has a real problem with these. I have never heard of people replacing this many hubs until I start reading on here and on the Grand Am forum. I have already had to replace one of mine at 34k. They need to recall these or redesign them.

Yeah. The first one went out when I had a minor run in with a good sized dog.. the second time was a year later and the 3rd was about 10 months after. The first two were on the same side.

Mine were just once and I didn't own the car then (gotta love having access to all the service records) and they were done at 50,000 Hopefully I don't have to do it myself before I get rid of it.

When does a problem like this become a recall? I can't belive the number of posts related to this topic. I also have a hard time with GM playing dumb. They know wtf is wrong with my car and yet so far they wont entertain the idea of the hubs.
