Horn Prblem

I did some searching and i couldnt find what i was looking for. Last time i hit my horn it kept blowing even after i took my hand off the button and when i hit the steering wheel again to turn it off it stopped and hasnt worked since...It feels like i some how managed to move the button inside the wheel. Is there a way to fix this myself?
