Throttle Body question
Besides the 62mm TB that you can buy for 400$ new, what other TB would fit directly at the place of the stock one ?
Maybe I could find one in a junk yard from another car, but I dont know which would fit.
My point is that I dont have 400$ to put on the TB this year and would look into a cheaper solution for now if theres an alternative.

how hard is it to install a TB? would it fit my wai that i have on now?

Hm on Z-spec they have the 2.4L Ported Intake Manifold and the 62 mm Throttle Body for only $350??

Get one from a grand-am 95 2,3 H.O. they are 57mm instead of your 52mm and they do fit on your intake. That's what I did back in the old days when I had the twin cam... after I put the complete intake system of the 2,3 H.O. grand-am and that made a big difference above 3000rpm till the redline

its better than stock, and you could most likely get one in the junkyard real cheap.

so your saying the 62mm wont fit the intake for the stock TB?

He didn't say that at all. Look at Aleromod Upgrades.. I use the freakin 62mm one. It clearly fits. lol
