I recently cleared my headlights. My girlfriend pointed out that my headlights look foggy, i thought she was talking about moisture, but i "windexed my headlights, and they are diirrty, i cleaned the outside the best i could, but he inside looks really grungy, lwhat can i use to like clean out the inside, the obvious choice would be windex, but when i was clearing out my headlights, i got super glue in the inner part of my headlight,, how can i clean them? nail polish remover, or something?

Try hot water! Super glue is water soluable... I think that's how you spell that word... anyway, I would stay away from nail polish or anything like that only because you're working with a nice chrome piece of plasic.
Now, if it's on the clear part, I wouldn't worry so much - diluted nail polish perhaps. Just avoid excess rubbing. And after that's clean, yeah, just windex the inside of the lights. Simple, and easy. Hope this helps.

whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM PAINT THINNER! It ruins clear and polished plastics

Nigma, nail polish would be a bit backward, don't you think?
No, man I would stay away from nail polish remover!!! It basically is paint thinner, it will leave nasty marks even if you don't rub hard. Use a cleaner that is safe on plastics!
If the glue is on the edge and you don't mind it getting eaten away a little, that's a different story, tho.

There is a old trick to clean up YELLOWING headlights that I know. Take some MetalPolish it will clean your healight right up then you take some plastic polish to clean it all up and to finish it off nicely.
