Where do I start:

4 x brakes & Calipers
2 x in less than a year Bearing Sensor(ABS)
2 x top plates bushing

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Rust inside driver side door---Fixed by GM, but now leaking water when it rains
- And of course, the classical window scratching problem!

Old thread but I'll add 2 it.
2001 2.4 5spd 160,000km
blower motor resistor
rear defrost/antennae module
heat control knob stripped
hazards switch
coil housing/plugs
front brakes twice
front bearings (5)
4 tires
rear sway bar bushing worn rattle/clunk
slave and clutch assembly(unnecessary)
clutch master cylinder/fluid flush and replaced the master cylinder(poor cold weather operation)pedal eventually just stayed on the floor.
windshield wiper motor control module(wacky wiper operation)
rust at bottom of doors and front edge of hood and bottom gas cap.
Theft light usually on and resetting it sometimes makes me late for work!
Special level and brand of tranny fluid to quieten a weird rattle noise that happened in first and 2nd gear sometimes when it was hot.
Thats it for now although I think my front rotors are warped and my rear brakes are due for an overhaul.

interesting, im digging this up because mine was state owned

1 year, 27 000 kms, 3 Hubs....

I could probably swap one in my sleep now.

And whoever designed the mickey mouse drum brakes on my car needs to be slapped with a slippery fish...

Coupe 3400

front hubs
crankshaft position sensor - that was fun
All the speakers when I got the car, due to the stock amp

The window on the drivers side was not glued down on the back bracket, so the front bracket broke when ice got in the window seal.

This is where my shame comes in because I was an aircraft hydraulic specialist in the army.

I had a pulsing in the brake pedal when it was warm out, I ended out replacing everything with the front brakes when it was a problem with the back brakes. Well you know that shield that goes over the back of the rear rotors was hiding the problem. Both of the rear rotors had large pits in them, they where up to 2 inches in diameter and .050 deep. The thing that got me was when it was cold out where was no pulsing.

They say not to use felt pads on the bottom of your furniture because the felt will get crap in it and scratch your hardwood floors.

Thanks to this great forum I was able to find out that my blower motor resistor was bad.

I was so happy that the blower works on all settings now that I played with it for 10 minutes.

Well here are some pictures I took with my phone.

Bought the biotch new in 2000. Currently at 61.5 K

Off the top of my head, have had or am having to have these replaced.
Driver's side window regulator
Passenger's side window regulator
Thermostat (at about 55k)
LIMG (in the shop right now for this)
Water Pump (also in the shop right now for this)
Air con valve (cheap at least)

EDIT:
Unresolved issues
Fuel Gauge faulty (at around 55k; was told I would need to replace the fuel assembly--decided, meh, just to pay attention to my mileage instead of $$$ for that)
Low tire pressure light won't go off (yes after checking tire pressure and going through the reset procedure)

Ooooh here's a thread I can contribute to!
Passenger side front wheel bearing
Scratched drivers window
Blown Foglight
New ignition cyl.
Stupid "Security" light issues
Warped brake rotor
Sometimes when I turn the car off, the tach. jumps up real quick and then goes back to 0, and the other day, I put my car in park and shut it off...the lights on the dash that show P D N R 3 2 1 went from P to 1 like some sort of bizarre countdown before shutting off. For a second I thought that it was a self destruct or something...
From what I'm reading in this thread, maybe the next mod we should work on is driver/passenger ejection seats.

Just adding a couple more, rear brakes overhaul and front rotors warped bad 6000 km after replacing them lol. First time I did my rear brakes in 155,000 km so thats not bad, they were toast!
