Has your o2 sensor ever looked like this

So after my car threw a code for o2 upstream sensor malfunction I went and replaced it. The car has all OEM parts and its 10 years old so the o2 sensor was never changed.

When I took it out this is how it looked:

As you can see it got kind of burned up. I don't know if this is exactly "normal" but it has been 10 years..

Sorry for 2 blurry pictures this camera is an ancient turd

Thing is the car didnt even run bad before. But in about a week the car should run better than when I first picked it up in october.

So far i've done:

IAC valve
ECT sensor
Upstream o2 sensor
Cleaned out the TB (holy hell that was covered in carbon!!!)

Within the week my plans are:

Seafoam (its never been done on the car) I do have questions on exactly what to do with it for the alero though because its my first time using it. I've done research and figured out theres 3 spots you put it into but i'd like someone to explain it more to me

Then after the seafoam since I was planning on changing these, it works out well
Change plugs
Oil

Also gonna change the T-Stat but I always act like a bish when it comes to putting jackstands under the car so I think i'll just do that at my cousins work at the oil change place.

Any other things I should consider replacing since it is all OEM and 10 years old?
