Is this bad?

This is the coil pack housing from my 01 alero. Is this just the housing or could there be an underlying issue with coils etc?

That looks like it was arcing across to somewhere at those burnt points. I know my coil housing was leaking somewhere when I would give it gas under load, we changed the plugs boots and housing and everything was good. These housing are crappy, they are not real good insulators, when a plug starts going bad it will leak spark to somewhere easier or under load, check out this guys thread, he had problems with the housing.
