The only Alero on here that I know is supercharged is Springs, but if anyone else has one, this is to you too...Do you have any video or audio of your s/c alero? I would like to hear the supercharger and the exhaust. I don't need cool video, I just want something that shows the s/c and lets me hear it whine and blow-off (if it has a BOV)...I would prefer a 3.4 but whatever

hope I get to see somethin

Wherever you can post them at...i'd tell you to e-mail em to me but now that I have MSN, all e-mail attachments save themselves as ".email" files, which my computer doesn't understand. What do you mean by springs is out of his car at the moment? As for how to get the videos, I have no idea.

He means springs has removed his supercharger. He is currently working on a kit for a whipple twin screw supercharger.

I would definitely appreciate it. I would like to have a decent amount of footage of them though, like dyno runs and stuff...I would like to include them in a video, possibly to post on RacingFlix.com. Why did springs want to switch to a twin-screw? Did he not like the centrifugal?

As far as I know he wants the twin screw setup because he believes it will out perform the current sc out there. He is looking to get his car to 400 hp. Which isn't currently possible with the existing sc available.

Daytona is on a distinguished road
400? I'd like to see what mods he did/will do to the trans to keep it from grenading or killing the gears.

the whipple is better and bigger
and 400hp is nearly a milestone
the car will produce more than that soon.

400 is simply a milestone? Quite a milestone for the 3400... one step at a time springs... :P

Did you decide to switch to a manual tranny? A guy on the j-body.org site put a 3400 in his 3rd gen cavy with a 5-speed getrag (not the late model one, the earlier one)... anyways I assume you probably have seen it already springs... good luck with your car, be sure to post updates now and again eh? :P

You're awesome.

Don't lose touch with the site springs, like so many people seem to do once they dive deep into modifications of their car.. it may be of no real benefit to you but many of us here would love to see what you've done and how you did it.
