Front Mount Plate Torque?

I changed my drive belt tonight and noticed you have to support the engine by jack because to get the belt out, you need to remove the front mount plate. The front mount plate is right besides the coolant reservoir, with 2 bolts that are 18mm and 2 that are 15mm. What is the specific torque for these 4 bolts?

I tested the torque of them originally but I think they were a little loose, 70 lbs for bigger bolts, and it was at 60 lbs for the 15mm before i took the plate off.

The book doesn't say anything about the torque specs for the motor mount bolts.

Yeah this is more or less a common sense type deal and use yourself some blue threadlock for good measure.
