Hey Ryan..
hey.. ryan im in need of some help.. just one night out of the random and ever since then my subs have been just humming whenever the radio is on.. even when the volume is at zero.. so im getting feedback to the subs from the cd player.. any ideas on how to stop this? this bass hum is really getting annoying and its been like this for about a week.. my guess is the radio cable might have a loose connection? the rcas are in just fine. any help would be great man!

Adam,
It sounds as if you are running interference through your rcas. Try unplugging your RCAs and touching them to the tip of your fingers, you should get a little hum from them (caused by the electricity in your body). If not then you have the same problem I did, it is probably bad RCA's. I replaced mine and REGROUNDED my ground wires and everything went back to normal.
Of course this is just my two cets. Ryan is definitely the Guru to be asking.

Turn the radio on, pull the RCAs @ the amp.
If the noise is still there:
1) Try regrounding the amp
2) Its the amp
If the noise is no there
-Pull your RCA out and inspect for damage. Try a different cable also at this time.
If that doesnt solve it.
-How is your radio grounded? If its not brounded thru the stock wiring harness, find a new ground for it.
If that doesnt work
-Bad head unit.

Just a weaker motor and probably a softer spider...
The BL is fairly low.

Duct tape your girlfriend to it and let the bass flow.

Wow, AleroRacing.
You asked a question, then completely ignored the advice. Enjoy your entry-level memphis, those AB subs are on a completely different level.
