Quick help NEEDED... security relearn

so i just got my dhp pcm in today i completed the security relearn procedure like directed but the car still wouldnt start. after the 4th cycle the security light didnt even come back on after trying to start it so that would mean the relearn was complete but the car wouldnt kick over. so i had to put the stock pcm back in cuz i needed to go back to work and car started fine with the stock one back in

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

please anybody??? im figuring that i will have to clear any codes that are present from the security before the relearn will work or am i talking to myself here???
