tie rod end

i found out the vibration wasnt from a bearing or balance of wheels I had a loose tie rod end also the mechanic told me my tires "cup" and may cause a vibration at speeds over 60 mph ? I never heard of this shit... anyways its going to cost me 200 bucks for a tie rod end and alignment... Looks like Im going to have to wait for my springs till next month....
