Then just do everything in the opposite order. Reconnect all hoses and fill the radiator (overflow tank) with straight coolant. Warm the car up to operating temp and then open the bleed valve(s). Leave them open until coolant comes out and then tighten them back down. Recheck coolant level.

You drain it, flush it, fill it up again, and then bleed the cooling system. Read the link if you don't understand my directions.
