At Sears a 3/8 air rachet and a decent Impact gun (I think it was a 1/2) and an decent sized air compressor can be had for uder $500.

The lift, IDK. I've seen both kinds. The kind you drive up on and the wheels are on the rails and thet chassis lift. Prices start around $1500.

It's not just the money, it's the size of the lift, v the size of the garage. A house we looked at 2 months ago had 3 motorcycles in the garage, and they barely fit
