But if people didn't post diarrhea then we would only have about 20 posts to read, now wouldn't we? And btw the silvia is very simular in shape, stock horsepower (non turbo version 5hp less than v6 alero), size and price range. You think that silvias are rare or special in Japan? Its just an ordinary car there and lots of people have them.
references:
shape:
prices:

power:

Of course the main difference is rwd vs fwd. Oh yeah and also the Japanese actually have a passion for their cars, unlike most domestic drivers who sit around talking shit and complaining. paulyb, do you have any references for your statements about motorex? I couldn't find much info on it and I'd like to learn more.

the s15 in the line pic has a body kit. I've only seen a handful of pics of stock silvias.

yeah they could have done a better job of it too. Bagged + jdm headlights? Kind of a weird combination outside of the vip look. Would look nicer if it was black and had chrome rims maybe.

Mr.mike http://skylinegt-r.wikidot.com/0-60mrex enjoy the read it exslains all the legal issues with motorex that eventualy lead to its demise.
Also in japan skylines aret that special either, just the r32, 33, 34 models. Hell they have 4 door skylines that are like little mom and pop cars. s15 and s14 are held in high regards there, but are common like mustang here.
its realy not that hard to make a 240 identicle to a imported s14 or s15. with th ubundace of parts circulating, the ability to log on and bid on some japanies internet auction and the spred of forums within diffrent countries and the international connection, parts are easy to get.
as far as that crappy grand am.........ricer.
ahhhhhhhhh the vip look, nothing like a big ol japanies luxury car, slammed low to the ground with clean lines, big rims, stretched tires and an interior so clean and luxury its hurts to step into it with shoes on. I shall retire to my room to cry about my gs.
