Werid acceleration and start up issues

I just did a few things on my car, it has new lim gaskets and up. Now it wont start unless I prime the fuel pump a few times, even though once and you can press the fuel rail and it has great pressure. It idles rough for a while then settles down to perfect. It revs up in park and neutral great. But in drive I cant go above 3500 rpm. When I do it just stops moving almost and tach just climbs. If I slowly keep a constant 1/4 throttle I can eventually get it moving but If I go WOT it just barely moves and the tach goes up. Im thinking TPS or a bad cat? Also my oil pump clamp is leaking, anyone know why? I tightened it down and it still leaks. And the valve covers leak even though they have new gasket and are tightened down good. Any ideas for the valve covers?
