gasket questions

so i did the coolant flush the other day, and i went to check my oil fill cap today (because i do it religiously) and there was a streak of white-ish matter on the cap which leads me to believe its coolant...

would flushing the coolant cause a head gasket/LIMG failure?

also i was wondering what the heck this yellow stuff is coming out of the (is this the head gasket or limg gasket?) is it some kind of sealant or what?

sorry for the shitty pics but you get the idea

unless the oil is milky after you have run the engine id say the yellowish stuff is just condensation and will burn off after you drive for a while (normal). and that is sealant. wierd looking sealant but what ever works i guess.
