i don't know if any off you guys actually have manual roll down windos in your cars but I do and i was wondering how to get the handle things off, ( you know the things that you use to roll down the window by hand). :wtf:

If anyone knows could you please post it or pm me and let me know.

I am doing some interior mods and i need to get the door panels off and i can't do it until i figure out how to get those F*#&$^^%# issed: window handles off.

There is a spring clip right behind the handle. Possibly you can pry it off with a screw driver. The correct way to get it off is to buy the tool at an auto parts store or walmart. They are fairly cheap. I would just try the screw driver. Push in on the door panel and you should be able to see the clip.

Easiest and cheapest way is to take one of your mom's less fancy forks, and cut out the two middle prongs (providing its a four prong fork :P) and using that, as it will not damage the clip (which needs to go back on the handle after too). YOu might need to bend the handle of the fork to accomodate the angle and bends of the door panel.
