All you ohio people or any one else, is it legal to replace the headlight turn signals with yellow bulbs? just wanna make sure so i dont get a stupid ticket.

It should be, and even if it wasn't I can't see how you would get caught for it. Amber / orange / yellow are all pretty much the same.
