I can pull out the washers and lower my window anytime i want to... He cant get good flow from his 3400 upper cluster eff

where's your lx9 swap. yea not in your car mine is in and is running great. so what i didnt do the 35oo upper. it was my swap and i didn't feel it was necessary to do it. i know what work was done and that's all that matters. i dont have any thing to prove to any one

names jawa. just had to drill a couple of holes in the throttle body spacer thing that came off the lx5, then bolt that spacer to the intake then the throttle body bolts to thar

I didn't know there was an adapter on the stock LX5 to fit its own TB. We make adapters but may just call this next small batch the last if its already got something there.

well on the lx5 the intake is plastic. there is a metal spacer adaptor of sorts, you have to modify the spacer a bit by drilling holes so it can be bolted up to the la1 upper, it runs much better. better power all around and its smoother. ill get pics soon as i go to a yard

I wasn't poking fun at you either, about the plug boot just didn't understand why it was there. Doesn't coolant normally run through that passage way? Yes let us know man if I could save myself money by buying a used TB from a 3.5L DOHC I would... 3500 or the 3.5L DOHC Shortstar?

any 3.5 dohc TB will work. that plug is a vacume port.

thanks. it kept the swap easier. IM going to grind the 3400 lettering down and paint on the letters to reflect the lx9 power plant
