Already planning on the drop and stretch. A KZ1000 swingarm is pretty much a direct bolt-on. And it'll give me 3.5"-4" stretch I think. Throw on some HD Sportster shocks for the drop.

Just thought I'd post some pix of what I've been doing to the bike.
I've been riding it to work as much as possible.
Got some of the painting done, but I still need to do the tank and tail.
I put a front end off of a 90' Ninja on a while back. Still need to get the rear end swap done.
I ride the piss out of it and still get 35mpg so my Equinox sits most of the time. And its nice to fill up for less than $10.00
