Very nice! I have the exact same model and options (though mine's an '02) ordered straight from the factory. Welcome aboard!

if at all possible dont buy from napa they sometimes try to 'rape' you with their super high prices
try these auto parts store if you have them by you (my order)
autozone
advance auto
pepboys (go here before napa)
napa (last resort option)

I had never had the window motor regulator, LIMG, or the blower motor resistor go out.
Don't let em scare ya

unless it doesnt have the self-destruct option i prefer leak over self destruct unless the leak gets too bad and other things start to act up then i would go to the self destruct engine

My previous vehicles: 1st was a 1979 Mercury Capri (project car), 2nd was a 95 Dodge Intrepid (daily driver for a while), 3rd and latest was my 89 Jeep Wagoneer that I partially restored. Anyways, down to the Alero.
This is my (and my family's) first GM product. It is a 2001 Olds Alero GLS 2dr. It has the 3.4 and about 73k miles on it. It has sunroof, leather, CD player, 16"s . It has the spoiler and I believe it has the sports suspension. I bought it for $4200. The only bad part is that it needs two window regulators and both windows are down. They should get here by the end of the week, though, and I'll be rollin!
Here's some pics: (I know it needs washed, but not with both windows down!)

lol if you got rid of the chrome, flames, swapped the rims, and did something about the hideous spoiler it wouldn't look that bad
