Blower?

Ok so my heat was working just fine the other day and now i turn it on to the highest level and nothing...so i reached down to the blower/fan ( i dont kno the correct term) and i hit the bottom end of it and it starts up but it sounds like it has shit in it like its stuck or like its pushing stuff around...and the last few days its gotten worse to the point where it doesnt wanna work at all. we checked fuse and replaced still same thing...now im at the point where my glove box is sitting on my driver seat and i cant seem to get the blower/fan out from underneath the dash..

Any ideas as so whats causing it...or how to fix it...or get the blower/fan out of the dash?

Thanks Guys!
