i just installed my auto trans and can deff tell an increase in shifting and acceleration....i was wondering if anybody out there has one? what is the best pressure setting to have it at!

wow dood, that was hard to read. but i think you are looking for what setting most people have there on. from what i ahve heard is around 40%

I keep mine set at 30% on the street and nearly 100% at the track. Be careful with it though, I know for a fact it f'd up my tranny, but that's just because I drive the car so hard all the time and I had it set at 50% all of the time when I first put it on the car. Right now, I don't even have it on the car because my tranny was making whining noises when I had it installed.

ur supposed to hear the winnign noises, thats teh soudn it makes when the pressure is being adjusted.

FormulaNERD is an unknown quantity at this point
first of all, my tranny has never whined, and it's not supposed to make that noise, and second i dont know why you paid money for that when the b&m is so much cheaper.

I've had it for about a year and a half, before I found out about the B&M. I bought my intereceptor used.
