oh i forgot that our cars are high horsepower cars where the flow really makes a difference performance wise.
if you seriously think your gonna lose any noticable power by putting a flowmaster on a car rather than an mangnaflow or whatever your just retarded.

i wanted more of sound then performance when it came to exhaust. as mixtape said...to each his own...
and yes, dual 40's seems to be the new thing, but i have still seen a billion more 80 series flows on both grand ams and aleros.

you know, i just thought of something (on my thinking chair, the toliet). lets say magnaflow flows twice as good as flowmaster. so 2 flowmasters should flow as much as 1 magnaflow. so me putting 2 flows on would be like putting 1 magnaflow on...lol. i get sound and performance!! what now!!

People are always back and forth on which is better chambered or straight-thru.
Straight-thru's are just that, the gases pass right thru, and are totally free flowing.
Chambered creates backpressure, which cars use to make HP.
I personally track tested a straight-thru and chambered Flowmaster 80. 2 different days, temp about the same, hot track surfaces both times (July) and with the Flowmaster 80, the car ran .3 faster than with the straight-thru

Flowmaster just has an added chamber that gives u the legendary sound, as for magnnaflow its just a straight through free flowing baffled design.
Quick question, anyone on here have a hooker muffler on their ho?

Here are pics of mine, yours look fine to me. Based on my pics, mine stick out a little further and are a little lower.
