how to ruin a cd player

hey i have a kenwood cd player in my car, and well i am gettin bored of it, and i want to get a new one. Now when i bought my cd player from best buy i bought a 4 year warranty with it, and it comes with a "lime warranty" meaning if i send the unit out for 3 repairs, they would let me get a new deck without any charge. I wanted to know the ways to ruin a cd player. I know there is a way by looking it up to a regular outlet and it will burn the unit. But are there any other ways?

I would say hooking up 115volts to a 12v cd player would be a good way to maybe even make a fire.

scratch laser lens with a needle..

oh wait.. read your post more throughly

I would short your speaker leads together to burn the power transistors

they are not replacable in terms of cost versus price of deck..

Then turn the power up really really loud..

I don't recommend the voltage idea simply because of fire possibilty.

I would hope whatever route you take that you make sure it won't be an at fault situation because of negligence on your part.

take out the fuse, hook up more current to it than it can handle, put the fuse back in

that way if you do screw up it's just a 50c fuse, but if you tell them the deck won't turn on it'll be covered by the warranty

Now, not to be the bearer of bad news, but this is called Fraud and its illegal and therefore we probably SHOULDN'T be talking about it on here, so we'll just go ahead and lock this on up before it gets out of control....mmmmmkay?
