P0137 O2 Sensor Code?????

Hey guys I've been resetting my check engine light for quite awhile because its been throwing code P0442 for a small emissions leak. It kicks semi regular so I just reset it and write it off to the locking gas cap I got as leaking around seal. This time when the check engine light came on I assumed the same and when I hooked up my OBD2 reader it has code P0137. Looked that up and it says its the O2 sensor Low Voltage Sensor 2. Anybody ever gotten that code? What do you suggest I do first to fix it? Thanks guys.

If you say the P0140 is a different sensor, it's the downstream. Replace that one too

Naw, I'm pretty sure that both of those codes are for the downstream sensor. Gonna replace it and see if that does it. 193,000 miles and have not replaced any of the sensors. Just hope the catalytic converter is not getting plugged.
