I'm not to sure how they decide if it is or isn't covered. Here's why. The dealership where I bought the car said it wasn't covered. The second dealler I went to said the same thing, not covered. The third and last dealer in town said that it was covered but only one time. That's not all. The next time they warpped (5 months later), I took it to the second dearlership again. They did the work with no questions asked. HaHa :new_all_coholic: :gun2: GM.

Be careful, anything that you put into the car (after market) may void any warrenties. I had an after market alarm installed which was deemed respondsible for my cat gloggimg. The deallership where I bought the car chared me 600 bucks to tell me so. They wanted another 1200 to install a new cat. issed: I took it to a different dealler who did the work under warrenty. I had to fight to get my 600 back from the 1st place. Took awhile but I got it. I'm scared they will come up with a like reason to charge me for a new hub assembly which is going in on tuesday. I have lowered the car you see, and now may pay the price.

Should be covered by the extended warranty. Depends on the conditions of the warranty language though.
